“Having worked with Bryan for many years on projects both in the public and volunteer sectors of
our community, I appreciate that he has the unique ability to look at all sides of an issue or
question.  He is a consensus builder.  He has a positive attitude and a "can do" belief.  With over 30
years of public service and a strong base in the volunteer sector of our community, I believe Bryan
to have the qualities that are needed to be a Council member for the City of Oxnard.”
